Menu Plan for May 16-22

Monday
-breakfast-blueberry muffins, eggs, grits
-lunch-leftovers, popcorn, fruit
-dinner-grilled pork kabobs with peppers, squash and pineapples, cheesy polenta

Tuesday
-toast with jam, bacon, eggs
-veggie/cheese quesadillas
-onion soup, cheesy herb bread topped with caramelized onions, garden salad

Wednesday
-toast, strawberry yogurt smoothies
-leftovers, popcorn, fruit
-stuffed sandwiches and garden salad

Thursday
-pancakes, bacon or sausage
-tuna salad, pbj, fruit, green salad
-beef enchiladas, beans, rice, salad

Friday
-granola or muffins and eggs
-leftovers
-homemade pizza and garden salad

Saturday
-biscuits, sausage, eggs, grits
-popcorn, fruit
-baked chicken, roasted potatoes, carrots, green beans, bread

Sunday
-cinnamon rolls
-potluck finger foods at church
-beefy nachos and dessert
