Signs of Spring

There are signs of spring here and there and everywhere!
The beds need to be cleaned out, but the perennial herbs are coming back now.
A ride into town shows even more spring colors....lots of daffodils, forsythia, Indian hawthorne and Bradford pear.  Tonight Caedmon thought the Bradford pears had snow on them!

Lemon balm

Peppermint

Thyme

Sage

Daffodils

Hydrangeas are getting ready to leaf.

Devin took the little boys out for some playtime in the sunshine the other day and couldn't resist taking some pictures as well.

He is getting so very big!

Kissy face or blowing raspberries?

Oh, my precious little guy!

I have no idea how a sheltered little homeschooled six year old boy knows about these hand positions.  How does that happen and why does he do it?

And again!  Where is my sweet little boy?

Oh, here he is!!

He is so big he can climb to the top of the slide with no trouble.

Don't you want to pinch those cheeks?

Beautiful big sister with handsome little brother : )
The last two days have been rainy and much cooler.  We will be glad for some sunshine again!

A Look Around Chambleeville

I found a few interesting pictures on the camera today.  This particular picture of the laundry on the clothesline was taken by Kaelan.  She may become our second photographer of interesting objects.

Our azaleas in front of the porch are looking great this spring.  We haven't had blooms this big in a few years!

I love the bokeh on this picture that Kaelan captured of the bridal wreath.

The last few blooms on a dogwood tree...We have several dogwoods around the property and it is always a treat to see them.

Blueberries!!

Two of the cutest little guys in the world!!

Aaron and Kaelan have been assigned the big job of painting the fence down by the road.  They have a lot more work to do before the job is done!

And just because they are so cute!
