Menu Plan for April 4-10

Monday
     Breakfast-biscuits and bacon or blueberry French toast casserole
     Lunch-tuna sandwiches, popcorn, apples
     Dinner-enticing beef enchiladas, Spanish rice, chips and salsa

Tuesday
     Breakfast-applesauce muffins and granola
     Lunch-chicken pasta salad with buttermilk dressing
     Dinner-pork-ka-bobs, roasted potatoes, flatbread, hummus, tzatziki, olives, salad

Wednesday
     Breakfast-baked oatmeal or granola
     Lunch-leftovers
     Dinner-stuffed sandwiches

Thursday
     Breakfast-buttermilk pancakes and sausage
     Lunch-meatless spaghetti
     Dinner-hamburger steaks with onion, rice and gravy, cabbage, carrots and rolls

Friday
     Breakfast-granola and applesauce muffins
     Lunch-leftovers, popcorn and fruit
     Dinner-pizza, salad and dessert

Saturday
     Breakfast-biscuits, sausage, eggs, grits
     Lunch-leftovers
     Dinner-grilled chicken, rice pilaf, flatbread, hummus, tzatsiki and salad

Sunday
     Breakfast-cinnamon rolls
     Lunch-chicken wraps and chips
     Dinner-grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup
