Menu Plan for April 18-24

There was one meal that we didn't eat from the menu last week, so we will have it this week.

Monday-
     Breakfast-baked oatmeal or granola
     Lunch-grill cheese, slice apples and carrot sticks
     Dinner-leftovers from Sunday, roasted pork loin with veggies

Tuesday
     Breakfast-blueberry buttermilk muffins, eggs, sausage and grits
     Lunch-popcorn, bread with butter and jam or yogurt cheese spread, apples and grapes
     Dinner-beef enchiladas, Army rice, chips and salsa with green salad from the GARDEN!!

Wednesday
     Breakfast-pancakes with strawberry sauce
     Lunch-chicken wraps with salad, popcorn and fruit
     Dinner-chicken and vegetable soup

Thursday
     Breakfast-muffins and yogurt smoothie, granola or grits
     Lunch-tuna fish or grilled cheese sandwiches with leftover soup
     Dinner-meatball stroganoff over rice with broccoli

Friday
     Breakfast-pancakes and sausage
     Lunch-leftovers
     Dinner-homemade pizza and dessert

Saturday
     Breakfast-biscuits, bacon, eggs and grits
     Lunch--snacks
     Dinner-lasagna, spaghetti, salad and bread

Sunday
     Breakfast-cinnamon rolls
     Dinner-ham, green beans, mashed potatoes, squash casserole, rolls, dessert
     Supper-snacks
