I'm only posting our evening meals. Breakfasts generally consist of a breakfast meat, eggs, grits, baked oatmeal, homemade granola, muffins, bagels, pancakes, fruit, yogurt or any combination. Lunch is usually leftovers, sandwich wraps, popcorn and/or fruit.
Monday-Jan. 3
-Pinto beans seasoned with ham, corn bread and spinach salad
Tuesday-Jan. 4
-Jeff will be out of town and I will be "in town" from after lunch until after five. I will pick up some Sonic burgers as a special treat...special price on Tuesday nights!
Wednesday-Jan. 5
-hot roast beef sandwiches on homemade buns (using leftovers from the roast we had for Sunday dinner), home fries and salad
Thursday-Jan. 6
-chicken spaghetti, green beans, broccoli salad, homemade bread
Friday- Jan. 7
-baked flounder, veggie rice pilaf, salad, homemade bread
Saturday-Jan. 8
-chicken and dumplings, green beans, okra, steamed squash with onions, homemade bread
Sunday-Jan. 9
-homemade pizzas with our small group from church

It all sounds yummy! So you add chicken to the spaghetti? I've done that before..but, it's been a while. Have you ever had white chili made with navy beans, chicken and chicken broth, with chili seasoning? It is really good with cornbread:)
