Menu Plan for August 22- 29

Monday
-Breakfast-biscuits, bacon and blueberry baked oatmeal
-Lunch-leftovers
-Dinner-spicy chicken casserole, butter beans, corn, tomatoes

*make bread

Tuesday
-Breakfast-granola, toast
-Lunch-pasta salad, potato soup
-Dinner-pork tostadas with refried beans, chopped tomatoes, onion, cheese, sour cream and salsa

*mix up applesauce muffins

Wednesday
-Breakfast-applesauce muffins, scrambled eggs and grits
-Lunch-popcorn, grilled cheese sandwiches
-Dinner-French onion soup or potato soup, rolls

*make dinner rolls

Thursday
-Breakfast-pancakes
-Lunch-leftovers
-Dinner-BBQ fried chicken, green beans, corn on the cob, slice tomatoes

*thaw chicken

Friday
-Breakfast-applesauce muffins, granola
-Lunch-leftovers
-Dinner-homemade pizzas

Saturday
-Breakfast-biscuits, bacon, eggs, grits
-Lunch-popcorn, leftovers
-Dinner-green beans, stewed potatoes, glazed carrots, creamed corn, tomatoes, corn bread

Sunday
-Breakfast-cinnamon rolls
-Lunch-finger foods at church
-Dinner-baked spaghetti with pesto bread

How do you make the blueberry baked oatmeal? Is it baked in the oven? I would also love your applesauce muffin recipe:)
