Newest Blessing

Carolina Belle was born Friday evening, February 3.  She is a big girl, weighing just over 10 pounds and is 21 inches long.  Our daughter, Lauren, is doing well.  Just dealing with those severe afterbirth pains that moms of many get.  I got to sit and hold her for a good while on Saturday and we'll head back down in the morning with a Yukon XL full of supplies from Sam's and ready to settle in for another long baby fix.  So sweet to hold a newborn baby and listen to their little grunts and moans.  Blessed sweetness!

What a blessing to hold a sweet grand-dumpling. And what a joy to shower your dtr with love.

Praying right now for Lauren to be comforted and get some rest.

Wow Congratulations on all the Babies!!! We're pregnant with #3.
Anf I hope those pains are a distant memory now! (Mine wouldn't go away with strong ibuprofen.) But my sister called a minister friend in, and it left within minutes of her praying. God is good, and prayer to our faithful God does work:-)
