The Interpretive Center in Corinth wasn't open yet. It is on my list for this time. We traveled to VA last time and stopped at several points then. There is not a lot to see (as compared to a big museum) but it is FREE -- the best kind of field trip. There are other Civil War things to see in Corinth also.
